Born in Arizona, this rare native has worked his way up the corporate ladder within a leading technology company, started his own business finance brokerage firm, been in sales with a national marketing company, and is an accomplished speaker. Robert has incorporated his successful philosophies into K4orce Small Business Coaching. Creator of the only Do-It-Yourself Business Coaching kit Robert shows his realistic understanding of what small business owners go through. After working with small business owners closely for years Robert has conducted numerous surveys as to what business owners truly need. He understands the difference between what makes a successful business, what makes a business get by, and what makes a business hurt. He also understands that the failure rate for small business is high. His mission is to change this rate one business at a time.

K4orce Small Business Coaching was developed to address the huge need for more and more people to start businesses in order to secure their financial future. In an increasingly globalized world and one of ever shrinking retirement plans it is becoming increasingly important that they have a way of getting a real hands on education in order to create a successful business. K4orce Small Business coaching provides that education. In addition, we have those individuals who want to start a business, but don't know how to go about doing so. We help them get started off on the right foot. This is no easy task as it is like learning a whole new language. We cram years of experience, trial & error, and wisdom into a compact program. Our one-on-one sessions for pre-business individuals are the best way to get a real education in all the areas covered.
